From The Outside In[/u]
Appearance: Jesse wasn't huge, he was quite the opposite. He was 5'11" and trimmed and cut. He wasn't a body builder, he hated sports when he was little and because of this he never got really big. He worked as a farm-hand on his uncles land since he was 9 so instead of getting real big he thinned out and got extremely cut. He has a horrible scar on his left arm upper bicep from a dirt bike accident when he was 12 years old. A quote reading "one day your life will flash before your eyes like a movie, the question is will it be worth watching?" was engraved in his right forearm just above his wrist. On days when he wear shorts more of his body is visible.
Jesse's legs were something he hated for people to see, he has had his ups and downs growing up and his legs are the evidence. The left leg of this young man was lucky to still be attached to his body due to a bad accident involving a tractor and a pitchfork, he almost lost is but the doctors pulled miracle and now he has nothing but a scar that stretches from his ankle all the way up to his knee where they operation had taken place. The mans right leg was just a collage of different marks. Some were cuts that were just a tad bit too deep, others bite marks from who knows what.
Jesse had a rugged look to him. Jesse had kinda long, kinda short dirty blond hair sticking out from underneath a white baseball cap. He had that tanned look to him and a rugged look to his face, not saying his face was hairy but it wasn't all clean shaved. Jesse didn't like the idea of having any piercings on his face so he refused to get one. The seventeen year old did however get two piercings, both on his left ear, the earring's were tiny studs, simple but noticeable to everyone. He had a rigid jawline and his teeth were all nice an neat thanks to the two years of wearing braces in middle school.
He was lucky with his face, no scars at all! That indeed was something he was thankful for.
When Jesse hears the word style he laughs. He isn't the trendiest person, to be honest he is far from it, he rather wear something he likes and fits who he is than wear something just because everyone else. People have asked him why he does that and they all get the same answer, "I'm a rebel without a cause I guess..". Jesse grew up in the lower parts of the united states so his style to most is laid back. He is all for the "usual" look, you can always count on him wearing the same type of clothing. Always a hat on his head, a collard shirt on his body, a pair of jeans that fit just right, and a pair of his boots.

Personality: Jesse was a simple person, when he was happy you could tell his face would be lit up by a smile, and when he was sad that smile would be miles away. There was absolutely no telling when he was upset. His emotions were hidden very well. He loved meeting new people, and he might come off as cocky but that is just a side effect of the many year he sat in his room studying. That was partly his fault. Now he is trying to better himself so he can get along better with others. He hopes having a partner will help him out with this..

History: Growing up in kanto, Jesse had experienced a lot. though he has all those experiences under his belt he believe he has yet to really truly start living. As he grew up his parent wouldn't allow him to go out and play. Instead he stayed in and studied.
When he was growing up his father let him work on the farm, when he wasn't studying of course. Jesse had been run over by Tauros, trampled by ponyta's and spit at by doudous. He has had many accidents and Jesse was considered a klutz. when he finally made friend with a pidgey his parent ran it off and his dream of being a trainer were shot down. His parents made him stop working on the farm and continue studying like it was a full time job
He wasn't allowed to play with Pokemon. The closest he has ever gotten to one was only on the farm. He studied up on the type advantage/disadvantages. His parent were hoping for him to become a great professor. Jesse had other plans. He began to help others out with their studies to help them better themselves. He offered tutoring to beginning trainers to save up enough money to run away.
His money was saved, he had bought his supplies all that was left was to get away, and what better place than the new continent? He set off on his new journey with no regrets leaving the pas behind him, and now he was on his way to become one of the toughest trainers out there..
