Trudging through the cool morning grass along with his partner who never seemed to want to stay in his pokeball. Chris sighed and so did Vaporeon. The two were alike in almost every way possible, he stopped. Ears perked up and tail swishing around, "Something wrong?" Chris asked. Vaporeon shook his head and cooed. Which only meant one thing, water.
But where? The forest was huge, it could be a puddle or stream. The flapping of wings as a pair of disturbed hoothoot flew past the two. Funny, owls were only active at night unless a trainer had used them. Another flap of wings, which sounded much larger than before and more.
Chris turned his head slowly, three of them. And they were larger than normal Noctowl were. They looked like eagles, with a wing spand to match. Their eyes were colored purple or black. They were as he heard before, Dark Pokemon. Reaching for the ultra ball in his belt, two stood better than one in a fight.
Especially since it was a Psychic type and Noctowl's strongest moves were psychic based. "Beautifly the spot, Gardevoir" he said throwing the black ball. It burst open and a dress wearing beauty stood in front of Chris and the gang of dark Noctowl. Either of his three pokemon worked well in a duo.

Max sighed, looking up at the trees as they towered over him, moonlight barely shining in through their leaves. It was darker than usual here, which made him lucky that he brought Flame and Inferno with him. Both of their fires were high and mighty as they walked along side either side of their trainer, watching closely for any of the Dark Pokemon that might come out and attack them again. How many had they defeated again? Six? Seven? Max couldn't remember exactly. All he knew was that he had to follow Might outta here. He didn't know how he ended up here, but he did, didn't he? He remembered the battle with team Rocket yesterday, though he made it outta that before they could send him anywhere. Maybe Dragon landed them here when he got tired. Yeah, amybe that was it.
Max was only suspious now about what was going to jump out at him next. Team Rocket usually sucked at telling where people were and who needed to attack them. And when, especially. Max laughed inwardly at that. Team Rocket never had any brains when it came to this sort of stuff. Pretty pathetic, they were.
"Typhloshun!" Flame said feircly, making Max jump out of his concious.
"Huh?" he practically mumbled. And then he relized - Might was already taking off ahead in a run. "<ight, come back!" he called for his father's Pokemon, taking off in a sprint after him. He could hear Inferno and Flame called after him, and Max knew they'd be running after 'em. And suddenly, he stopped after running only a few several yards.
Might launched a Shadow Ball at what looked like an overly large Noctowl, though he saw a couple more. The one Might hit went craching to the ground with a call, though it quickly stumbled to it's feet to get back up and battle. Max blinked, noticing another person standing there. A guy with a Vaporeon and a Garduviour.
"Hey!" Max called to him, quickly dodging into a sprint while Flame staye diwth Might, growling weirly at the Noctowl. Inferno followed it's trainer, obviously not wanting to get in a fight. "Hey, are you okay?" asked, slowing down to a stop beside the guy. Though from the looks of things, he was pretty find as is.

With one of its comrades fallen and an unknown source the only choice was to fight the two in front of them until it was identified. Chris looked as another trainer and two high leveled pokemon who seemed responsible for the usage of a Shadow ball. He looked a little young and a bit inexperienced to the ace trainer, Chris held his in front of the other trainer, a signal to show that he had everything under control and his pokemon would handle things. Without any words, Gardevoir elegantly pointed her hand at the nearest tree and her eyes narrowed.
Using her Psychic attack, the trunk turned a soft blue and started to rip from the ground. "Vaporeon, keep them away. Surf" Chris commanded. Without question the mermaid like pokemon's muscle's tensed and let out a small cry. Tail flipping this way and that, and the crown of his head glowed blue as well. The pair of Noctowl sensed both attacks, while one flew towards the small blue figure the other spread its wings as far as it could. Casting a Reflect, while the other attempted to use Take Down on Vaporeon.
Repelling the first with a small Surf attack as Chris instructed, the wave erupted from the pokemon's feet and pushed the bird back. Passing through its allies Reflect, while the wave stopped there. Gardevoir, now armed with a tree in its power, "Push them back Gardevoir" Chris ordered. The pokemon responded threw both hands at the two, sending the large tree at both. The tree, heavy as it was, easily broke through the shield and sent both birds tumbling past the pathway.
The psychic pokemon looked at Chris and he nodded, the third bird was also lifted into the air and tossed along with its partners. "You might want to keep them in check next time, or they'll go for the kill next time" Chris said to Max as he inspected the two fire types.

Max glared at the other trainer slightly. What was with some people? He seemed like one of those snooty people he'd seen in TV or in manchines, where they acted like they were better than everyone. Though he stood quietly and watched him battle, he had a hunch that he would need help sooner or later. Might and Flame had already backed off, though Flame was still growling deeply at the Noctowl, like he was going to leap at them any moment, even though they were floating in the air with a Phsycic move. Inferno was hiding slightly behind his trainer, though he seemed eager as well.
"You know, it would be better to use a Dark or Electric type move rather than another Phsycic type move, right?" Max couldn't help but ask the man. For a trainer, he didn't seem to know much about the move differences of Pokemon. They would probably go down eaisier.

Chris looked back at Max, "Dark Pokemon, some like these weren't ready to volunteer to become experiments. They were taken from their homes and tested, these three I'm guessing were the strongest of the Hoothoot that live around here" Chris explained. "There to remain out here in the wild and it isn't there fault that there like this" he smiled. He probably upset the boy by making him back down. "Your welcome to come along" the blond grinned. He and his pokemon began walking again, Vaporeon slid across the wet grass and Gardevoir smiled as she walked with Chris.
The three kept walking into they heard the same flapping of wings, more? The tree was only large enough to stun them and the Shadow ball shouldn't have really hurt the one, since Noctowl was a normal type. A rainbow colored beam shot straight at Gardevoir, passing through her, it sort of hurt. But not much because Gadevoir shot her hand straight in front of her, and a veil of white appeared. Safeguard.
Another Psybeam came and bounced off the veil this time, "I see you've met my gang but can you beat the Boss?" a woman's voice called out. An Alakazam and a woman with purple hair, wearing a black suit, she looked like a CEO. Of Rocket. Because an R was on her suit, "So, Rocket decides to make the first appearance" Chris grinned. She stepped in front of her defeated pokemon, and returned them to a black ball similar to Chris'. She pulled out another and released a pokemon.
Gengar. Like Alakazam's eyes, his were clouded with darkness, a red beam was shot at Vaporeon as Chris returned him to his pokeball and tossed out another. "Fly, Butterfree" Chris said as the white cleared and the purple butterfly appeared. Flapping silently, the veil fell and Chris tensed. Both Dark pokemon would attack him too, and Rocket didn't play by the rules and glanced back at Max.
OOC: Mwahahaha a sub plot ^_^

I take it you need help now?" Max asked, rushing to the guy's side. Max gulped slightly when he saw the Rocket CEO, though he knew not to be afraid of her much. And he didn't wait for an answer from the other kid before sending forward a Pokemon. "C'mon, Might," he said, glancing back at his father's Pokemon. The Mightyena was quicky to respond, leaping forward with a growl at the Alakzam. But the women only laughed.
"Seems the kiddies are coming out to play," she mock him with a smirk. "Destory them, my precious Pokemon." In an instant, both Pokemon had lurched forward, Alakzam launching some kind of oddly colored Psybeam while Gengar began using Shadow Claw.
"I'll get the Alakzam," Max said quickly, knowing the strength differences. "Dogde, then use bite!" Max commanded his Pokemon. Obidently, the Mightyena let the Phsybeam hit the ground and lurched, the Alakzam barely dodging the attack.

"Gardevoir, Butterfree. Combo technique, #2" Chris ordered. Both knew it well,"Gardevoir" she muttered before pushing both hands in front of herself. "Ree" Butterfree replied. Flapping its white wings quickly and shot up into the air, Gengar's claws alit with the dark attack. Making the Safeguard veil appear, stalling while Butterfree could do the counter attack. Gengar's claws slashed at the white barrier, making purple streaks run along it. "Butterfree, Gust!" Chris grinned.
The purple butterfly had been spinning around and around, gathering the wind in a vortex. Hearing her trainer's command the bug mightily flapped its wings once and a whirlwind fell from the sky. Enveloping everything around the Safeguard attack, and brushed away the ghost. "Gengar! Get up and use Dark Pulse" the woman growled. Bouncing off the ground from Butterfree's gust, Gengar held up its hand and tipped its finger to the ground. A rush of black erupted from that point and a wave rushed towards Might and Chris' pokemon.
"Butterfree, Gardevoir. Group Psychic" Chris commanded. Both nodded, holding up her hands again, Gardevoir became enshrouded in a blue glow. Butterfree's wings were distilled and its red eyes began to glow blue. The ground cracked in front of the group and rose. The dark pulse shattered the earth like it was glass, and fell to pieces.
"Quickly Gardevoir, Magical Leaf. Butterfree Stun Spore" Chris almost muttered. Gardevoir spun her dress around and an odd glow of leaves flew straight at Gengar. Butterfree flew up and started flapping her wings slowly, a yellow like powder fell from its wings and onto the field ahead of Chris and Max's pokemon. Sensing both threats, Gengar struck by the flurry of mystical leaves and used their weak force to push himself back. Leaving Alakazam exposed, Chris winked and held his thumb up to Max. Butterfree flapped in agony and Chris looked at Alakazam, Synchronize. Both paralyzed.
A Shadow Ball came hurtling at the butterfly that was losing altitude. It hit, and the bug was covered in Ghostly power. Chris had no choice but to return his fallen pokemon from battle and shot a red beam from Butterfree's ball. He said nothing but smiled at the ball, another one like his Butterfree couldn't have done better. "I must admit, your Pokemon are poorly trained, to use both and have to sacrifice one to take down mine" Chris chuckled.

Max gulped at the fallen Butterfree as it took shelter into Chris's Pokeball. Max blinked before finally inhaling, looking back towards Might. The Mightyena was growling intensly at the Paralysed Alakazam as it inched forward slowly, his ears back and his jaws open to bite.
"Might, stand down!" Max commanded. The Pokemon quickly looked back in confusion for a moment before sighing brutally, backing up slowly as he watched the Alakazam weirly. "Flame, Fire Blast!" he said in almost a low voice as he looked to the Pokemon behind him. The Typhloshin nodded, the fire on his back growing a bit taller as it stepped forward, next to it's trainer.
"Typhloshun!" it called before launching a large attack from it's mouth, the front splitting into five as it swirled. The attack went raging over the Dark Type and to the Phsycic type. The Alakazam didn't even have time to move as it was hit directly in the stomach, getting launched backwards and onto the ground. The CEO chuckled, returning her last Pokemon before looking towards the two trainers.
"Rouge, aren't you?" she asked.
[PS - It kinda feels like your skipping ahead a lot. Try to slow down.]

OOC: Alright ^_^
The other trainer's pokemon took care of the Alakazam no problem, Gengar was a different story. The Ghost pokemon reacted differently to the Darkness that took hold of its body. He looked at Chris for a minute as if he was ready to attack the boy. Gradevoir stepped in front of Chris and growled. She thrust her hand forward at Gengar and lifted him into the air, then Gardevoir gripped her hand into a fist and shot the ghost back, hard. He flew back and landed near the woman's feet, all dizzy and close to fainting. "You could say that" Chris chuckled.

Max chuckled lightly, Inferno giving some kind of Pokemon cheer. Both of the opponet's Pokemon were down, which was usually a good thing on their behalf. Might and Flame both looked at the women wearily, Might growling intensly as he waited for he to make the next move. But she only smirked.
"I guess I'll let you two pass this time," she told the two boys. "But don't think I'll give you an easy break next time. Men, lets move out!" Within a few instants, she was gone. Max gave a brutal sigh, his limbs and head floppuing down.
"I hate Team Rocket," he muttered, Flame and Might coming to him.
"Typhloshun!" Flame said, his flame on his back disapearing instatly.

(OOC: Hope you don't mind,)
Walking through the Waterfall Woods, was Alison Parker. She dusted some sleat off her jacket and looked down to her Umbreon. "We made short work of them didn't we?" Alison smiled, she just had a run in with Team Rocket, god did she dislike them, well it wasn't a general dislike, she really hated them. I mean, stealing Pokémon was just wrong, and she was going to shut them down, but she couldn't do it alone, could she?
She stumbled through the Woods, with Umbreon letting out a sigh. "Ummb, Umbreon" She sighed once more, Umbreon knew they were lost, but Alison still had faith that they would find directions..from somebody..
Continuining onwards, Alison looked to see two boys, one of which had a Typloshion. "Wow, Big Pokémon" Alison called out, stepping from behind a tree, smiling at them both. "Hi, I'm Alison, and this is my Umbreon, and you two are?" She asked them, speaking in a polite tone of voice, she didn't want to sound rude or anything. But heck, she was only twelve years old.

OOC: I don't mind if Kcx doesn't ^_^
Gardevoir and Chris were glad to see the women leave, although, the Dress wearing pokemon was feeling frail. Digging into one of his coat pockets, and pulled out a spray bottle, Hyper Potion. And walked over to his pokemon, those attacks were from no weak ghost. And sprayed where Gardevoir seemed to be hurting the most. The pain seemed to stop but the medicine needed to set, and he returned her into her ball. Smiling at how well the Psychic pokemon had done in fighting the Gengar and Noctowl.
Holding out Vaporeon's pokeball and released him. "I don't like them very much either" Chris agreed. He kinda envied the boy, he really didn't get a starter to start out with, and the Mightyena was something he wanted. A large wolf that was gentle as it was powerful, his thinking was cut short when he heard a girl's voice. And a familiar sounding pokemon call. No way. Vaporeon ear's perked up to, "Hi, I'm Chris" he replied. The blue mermaid like pokemon started to flail its tail around excitedly. It had been awhile since Vaporeon had since one of its own species, he used to play with other Eevee all the time.
Plus many Jolteon, Flareon specialist always looked for a Vaporeon trainer to complete the set. Chris really wanted to see Espeon and the Grass and Ice types he had been hearing so much about. Glaceon and Leafeon. She looked pretty normal, kinda young, like Max's age. He'd let Max introduce himself, "Oh my gosh, your Umbreon looks amazing!" Chris cried. He wanted to go over there and give it a big hug!

"Phloshun!" Flame sneered, staring almost unpolietly at the new girl.
"Huh?" Max questioned, turning around to face the newcomer. She didn't seem to know where she was going, Max could tell. Though he was just as confused as she was, he felt. "Uh, hi," he said after Chris introduced himself. "My name's Max Smith, and this this Flame, Inferno, and Might." He gestured to each of the three Pokemon as he said their names, all but Flame nodding to the girl. Might was even kind enough to go say hi to the other Dark-Type, wagging his tail with his ears down as he walked over to the Pokemon. Max almost jumped when Chris said that her Umbreon looked amazing, though he ignored the comment.
He really didn't get why most people looked towards beautyful Pokemon instead of those who could be used to help others and actually use their strength without crying aloud from pain. Max sighed, shaking his head a little as he thought of that. He also thought it had been a while since his other Pokemon had gotten out. Maybe they could stretch their legs out while nothing bad was happening...

Alison looked at the two boys and smiled. "Hi there, you couldn't happen to tell me some stuff could you? It's just, I've had a run in with Team Rocket, they seem to be everywhere, If it wasn't for Umbreon here, I would of been ...well you know.". Those lousy grunts had set their sights on Alison's Umbreon, and once she caught onto what they were doing, she decided to kick their butts, her style.
Meanwhile, as Alison told the two boys what happened with the Rocket Grunts, an elderly lady who often patrolled the woods was smacking a few grunts around the head with her handbag. It looked as if the grunts were caught on the tree, but then when the elderly woman looked closer, their underwear was hooked and pinned onto a thick tree branch, wedging the grunts to the tree. With it, a note. The note was pinned to the tree and read; "From your good friend, Ali".
